ABOUT VILLA LiMON
Located in the heart of Lykia Flora Villas, Villa Limon exudes elegance with its yellow façade. This duplex villa also features a private garden-floor studio apartment with an independent entrance.
Upstairs, there's a spacious shared bathroom with a bathtub and three comfortable bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have double (French-style) beds and balconies, while the third room has two single beds. The ground floor features an open-plan dining and living area with a dining table for eight, a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area with modern furniture, and a TV area. There's also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Electric underfloor heating and a live fireplace in the living room provide a comfortable and warm stay throughout all seasons.
The pool terrace provides ample space for sun loungers and seating, and there's also a pool shower. The west terrace, with its large umbrella and additional seating shaded by trees, offers comfortable lounging space throughout the day.
THE STUDIO-APARTMENT
Suitable for two guests, the studio includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and two single beds.
This space is made available upon request exclusively to guests staying in the villa and is subject to an additional fee. It can be used to increase the accommodation capacity to up to 8 people.
