OUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
Since the day we welcomed our very first guest to our villas (June 2008), and even from the moment the first foundation was laid for construction,
We have strived to fully implement our core principles, including:
-
Full compliance with all legal obligations,
-
Rational and efficient use of resources (such as electricity, water, land, and time),
-
Environmentally conscious operational practices (avoiding environmental, air, and noise pollution, etc.).
We have been permanent members of the Kaş Tourism and Promotion Association for nearly 15 years. This association has made it its mission to preserve all of Kaş’s natural and cultural assets while promoting sustainable tourism. We have also served as board members and auditors in the past, and we continue to support the association today.
Locally, we took part in the founding board of directors and board of auditors of the Kaş Environment and Culture Association, which was established to support these same values. Our membership and contributions to this organization are ongoing.
We have fulfilled the criteria of Stage 3 of the Sustainable Tourism Certification Program, established by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and mandated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Tourism Development Agency (TGA). We have signed and committed to the contents of the following POLICY DOCUMENTS:

Believing that sustainable tourism is an essential part of sustainable living, we strive to fulfill the requirements of sustainability at the highest level.
In order to further develop and perfect our sustainability efforts, we are open to the opinions and suggestions of all our stakeholders — including our guests, employees, suppliers, consultants, and friends — and we look forward to their support.
Our guests can support us by sharing their feedback verbally or by filling out the "Sustainability Survey Form."
We would like to thank all our stakeholders in advance for their contributions, support, and guidance.
Sincerely,
Burhan Baysın Şenerdi
